PCC uses the Webex software to provide connectivity to web conferences. We use TeamViewer to view your screen when working with you on your support questions.

Support TeamViewer Session

In order for us to view your screen for support purposes, you must initiate the connection to our support team. We cannot view your screen without you being aware of it.
