We have added two new articles to our PedSource library in response to concerns we have heard from you! The first is an article that addresses the question of how the FTC's Red Flags Rule may affect your practice. On October 1st, the CDC's 2009 diagnosis code (ICD-9) changes become effective. Your office should learn about the changes to diagnoses you frequently use in order to update your Partner Diagnoses table. New fever diagnosis codes are particularly important to pediatric offices. All fever diagnoses now require a 5th digit.

PCC has added electronic eligibility verification to Partner for a number of new payers! You can now submit electronic eligibility requests to TN BCBS and TX BCBS, and many others. We hope to expand our eligibility offerings even more in 2008, under your 2008 PCC Care Plan.
