
Chip Hart is the Director of PCC's Pediatric Solutions consulting group and author of the popular blog Confessions of a Pediatric Practice Consultant. In his 19 years of pediatric practice management expertise, Chip has helped hundreds of pediatricians increase their financial health. He has conducted many successful negotiations with insurance companies, and worked as a consultant for the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the AAP Section on Administration and Practice Management (SOAPM). As a dynamic and motivating speaker, Chip leads educational seminars and consults for pediatric professionals nationwide. Chip has also contributed articles on practice management and health care information technology for Pediatric Coding Alert, the AAP's SOAPM Newsletter, and Medical Group Management Association.

Tim Proctor, a consultant with PCC's Pediatric Solutions Team, has more than ten years of experience providing practice management consulting, technical support, and training to pediatric practices. He has a practical knowledge of today’s pediatric workplace from his first-hand exposure to dozens of pediatric practices nationwide. Having a background in math and statistics, he has performed personalized assessments for pediatric practices comparing financial and clinical performance with regional and national benchmarks. Tim specializes in helping pediatricians assess and improve their practice's financial and clinical health.

Jan Blanchard is a Certified Professional Coder and member of the Software Support Team at PCC. Jan has worked in the healthcare industry for 17 years, doing everything from Medical Assistance to Billing & Collections to Credentialing to Practice Management. She came to PCC while working on her degree in Internet Technology (IT) and says what she loves about her work here is finding ways to bridge the technology gap for those who work in busy medical practices. Jan spends much of her time helping practices with E & M Coding and working on chart audits. She keeps pediatric practices informed on changes and updates to pediatric coding and helps clients find ways to use coding and billing concepts to their advantage. Jan says her prior work experiences helps to make her a client advocate. "I understand the daily madness of working in a medical practice and know the tactics insurance companies regularly employ. I'm so glad that PCC is in the business of making it so much easier."

As a member of PCC's Software Support Team, Maria specializes in practice management consulting for pediatric practices. With a diverse background in business, banking, and data processing, Maria helps practices improve their operations, workflow, management skills, and human resources. Maria's plethora of work experiences and philosophy on management allow her to effectively train practice and billing managers in pediatric offices across the country. She helps new managers learn what areas to concentrate on and teaches them the reports needed to run an efficient and successful practice. Her past experiences have taught her to believe in people's abilities and appreciate the work they do. Maria's consulting services are tailored to the individual needs and goals of the practice.
