Kerosene ingestion

I recently took care of a 3 y.o. Amish girl s/p kerosene ingestion. My question
is -- how does kerosene get eliminated from the body? I realize the liver would
detoxify it, but what are the by-products, and how are they excreted?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.... Just curious. :)
