Launch of PCC EHR Version 1.1 Coming Soon!

The goal of PCC Version 1.1 is to create core features that allow offices to operate electronically–without the patient chart. PCC has now completed all planned functionality for PCC EHR Version 1.1 and is currently working on various fixes and functions that will ready us for launch in two more offices this month (the first PCC EHR office was installed in March).

PCC will soon launch an Early Adopter program seeking six offices with adventurous spirits that want to be next in line to use PCC EHR in their offices. This program is exclusively for PCC customers already using Partner Practice Management System.

So, just what is included in PCC EHR Version 1.1?  This quick list will provide you with a sneak preview of current features. With PCC EHR Version 1.1, you can:

• Pull the Schedule from Partner Practice Management System
• Review the Schedule by Provider
• Select a Patient
• Open today's visit or a previous visit
• Review Demographics
• View and edit patient allergies
• View patient medication list
• Review a list of previous visits
• View and print previous visit details
• Perform patient intake (customizable template)
• Document sick and well visits (customizable template)
• Alert for visit data entered by other staff
• View immunization history in a grid format
• Order and fulfill immunizations
• Record prescriptions and view history
• Enter and fulfill lab and other types of orders
• View and print growth charts
• Attach scanned documents to the chart
• Record a diagnosis
• Sign the visit

More information about the launch of this exciting new Early Adopter program is coming in the next few weeks. We'll also be updating the design site to put PCC EHR Version 1.1 into the history books, and begin reporting progress and seeking your feedback about PCC EHR Version 2!
