This weblab, designed specifically for PCC clients, will walk you through using your Practice Vitals Dashboard, from logging in to interpreting the graphs for a measure of your financial and clinical health. We will also highlight the new A/R Summary and provide an overview of the Advanced Dashboard features which are now available to all PCC clients.

A new Advanced Dashboard feature, the Payor Mix Analysis, will help you find out if you may be eligible for the EHR incentive money provided through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) by allowing you to break down your percentage of Medicaid visits for each provider. We will also discuss other important Advanced Dashboard features including a Provider E&M Coding Analysis, a listing of patients overdue for well visits or flu shots, a Payor Revenue Analysis, and more. Be sure to read our pedsource.com article, Are You Eligible for ARRA funds?, ahead of time to get the basics of ARRA eligibility under your belt before attending.

Attendees will also learn how to efficiently schedule consecutive sibling visits using the “next relation” function, how to add appointment notes (which can be configured to print on encounter forms to notify providers of important appointment details), and how to force in appointments (if that function is available to the user). PCC EHR Version 2.1, will be released the weekend of June 19. This release includes new tabbed task queues for the Schedule, Rx Tasks,Phone Tasks, and Signing. This release improves workflows for signing documents such as lab results, and signing visits, including those performed by midlevel providers. Your guide, Jan Blanchard will show you all the new features, answer your specific implementation questions, and help you prepare to use this new version of PCC EHR.
