Efficient office flow, clean claim submission, and improved personal collections start with the front-desk. Learn how to use PCC's Partner software to efficiently check-in patients and improve office flow. This web seminar is geared toward new users that need to be proficient with Partner's Checkin, Patient Editor (notjane), and Family Editor (fame) programs.

Attendees will learn how to use Checkin to check-in patients from a list of scheduled patients, verify insurance eligibility, and update insurance policy information and demographics. Attendees will also learn how to use this one-stop program to access and change custodial or guarantor information; check outstanding account balances, and collect and post time-of-service payments.
