New Employee Weblab - Checkin

Efficient office flow, clean claim submission, and improved personal collections start with the front-desk. Learn how to use PCC's Partner software to efficiently check-in patients and improve office flow. This WebLab is geared toward new users that need to be proficient with Partner's Checkin, Patient Editor (notjane), and Family Editor (fame) programs.

Attendees will learn how to use Checkin to check-in patients from a list of scheduled patients, verify insurance eligibility, and update insurance policy information and demographics.
