Grow Greener with PCC at the 2010 PCC Users' Conference in Burlington, Vermont from July 21-23. Holding the UC in the green mountain state inspired us to think green as we planned this year's schedule which is, as always, pediatric-specific. Paperless charting for a greener environment, a focus on growing your practice and improving efficiency, and getting a greener bank account are some of the many exciting topics we have planned for you at this year's conference.

All the Details You Need to Make your Plans to Attend UC 2010
PCC customers with a currently active Care Plan agreement receive free registration to the PCC Users' Conference. Click Here to Register Now!
The conference hotel is the Sheraton Burlington Hotel and Conference Center. You can book your room online or call the hotel directly at 1-800-325-3535. Make your reservation by June 25, 2010 and reference the room block name: PCC Block to get the special PCC rate of $145 per night. This rate is first come, first served and subject to availability. This is a popular event and we do block a large number of rooms. Be sure to make your reservation early!
The closest airport is Burlington, Vermont. The airport code is BTV. There is a free shuttle from the airport to the conference hotel and PCC runs a shuttle to downtown Burlington for your convenience.
The conference opens with an optional evening reception from 6-8pm on July 20th. This is a low key event where we greet you after your long day of travel, provide you with your conference materials, and offer the opportunity to meet our staff in person to chat casually and get suggestions about which courses would most benefit you.
The general conference schedule for July 21 - 23 is:
7:30 - 8:30 am Breakfast
8:30 - 11:45 am Courses
11:45 - 1:00 pm Lunch
1:00 - 4:00 pm Courses
Breakfast and lunch are provided.
On Thursday evening, PCC will be hosting dinner and entertainment for registered conference attendees. This event is affectionately known as the "Big Bash" and has been relocated to the middle of the conference to allow more of our guests to attend. Round trip transportation to and from the Sheraton will be provided. Inspired by our theme of growing greener, this fun and casual event will take place at the Old Lantern in Charlotte, VT, providing a quintessential Vermont experience. The evening will also feature a Vermont Farm Dinner Buffet with lots of fresh, locally grown ingredients to highlight our GREEN state. If you plan to attend this event you must RSVP when you register for the conference using our Online UC Registration Form.
Registered attendees may optionally bring guests to the UC. There is a guest registration fee of $95 for guests over 6 years old. After you complete the Online UC Registration Form you'll be offered a link to the guest registration form.
You may notice that the conference schedule includes a special track of Practice Management courses on Thursday and Friday. These courses are highlighted in green on the 2010 UC Schedule. Attendees of the PCC Users' Conference are entitled to attend these Practice Management courses at no extra charge. These courses are specially designed to be helpful to Pediatric offices that do not use the Partner Practice Management system (as well as those who do!). We promote these courses to pediatric offices nationwide under the event title of PCC Pediatric Practice Management & Coding Conference. Help us spread the word...
