Join us at the 2012 PCC Users' Conference: Knowledge Is Power!

	Question:  What do you get when you pair PCC's annual Users' Conference with Walt Disney World® Resort, Florida?  Answer: A huge helping of clinical and practice management knowledge with a side order of fun!   Join us at this year's 2012 PCC Users' Conference in Walt Disney World® Resort, Florida from July 17-20.

This year's UC theme, "Knowledge Is Power," is particularly relevant in today's increasingly complex health care environment, in which new coding, emerging payment models and the switch to electronic health records requires practices to stay on top of all the changes. We believe those offices that thrive and stand out among their peers are the ones that never stop learning how to improve, so we've designed our 2012 UC course schedule around information our practices can use to make smart decisions.

Overview - UC 2012 

Day 1, July 17

The conference opens with Partner Basic Training for newer users of PCC Partner Practice Management System on Tuesday, July 17. If your practice has used Partner for less than two years, you are encouraged to join us for this slate of classes on the nuts and bolts of your Partner Practice Management System. Partner Basic Training will cover Checkin, Checkout, Posting Charges, Posting Payments, Correcting Mistakes, and Scheduling Appointments.

Classes are held from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Registration and breakfast is planned from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. Space is limited. Register for Partner Basic Training! 

Also planned for July 17 is an optional evening reception, from 6 to 8 p.m. Meet Disney Characters, pick up your T-shirt and conference materials and mingle with fellow attendees. It's also the perfect opportunity to chat with PCC staff and pick their brains about which courses would most benefit you.

Days 2-4, July 18-20

The 2012 UC continues July 18-20 with our main event - three full days of courses custom-designed to help your doctors and staff navigate an increasingly complex health care environment and make smart decisions regarding your practice's clinical and financial health. Register for UC 2012!

8:00 - 12:30 p.m. Courses
12:30 - 1:45 p.m. Lunch
1:45 - 3:00 p.m. Courses*

Breakfast and lunch are provided. 

*Classes end at 3 p.m. to give attendees time to enjoy Walt Disney World® Resort. 

Registration is included in your Care Plan for all PCC customers with a currently active Care Plan agreement. Register for UC 2012.
