lprerecorded patient information services

Do any of you use the Smart-talk information services in your
offices to give patients their lab results or remind parents of upcoming
appointments through prerecorded messages?  I had never heard of this until
now and am wondering if  any of you had. I think their web site is www.smarttalk.com .  I wonder how much
