3rd world fella again!

I consider this an important issue, I suspect you do also since you chose to reply.

We all have differences of opinion, I doubt anyone meant to blast you.

Let me rephrase my comment to pacify all those who have blasted me for
my previous one! BF should not be promoted fanatically in the 1st world.
I do encourage BF in any mom that I meet but I think it is not
deserving of the hysteria it generates in some and the guilt which is
heaped upon mums who do not BF. And beleive me a resident in Peds in
India (myself included) may not know much about ECMO for example but we
DO know about BF and have helped more babies latch on than anyone here
can poke a stick at! So cool down all, and lets be fanatic where
appropriate- about the 'burning questions' in our field!
