I live in an annoying state that requires the 2nd the MMR but
also wants the checkup within 60 days of KG entry. It is
physically impossible for us to accomplish this. I tell the
nurses when they fill out the forms to forget to write in the
date of the exam if we've done one in the preceding twelve mos.

RE: MMR #2
Our urban practice has been long giving MMR#2 at the 4-5 year old visit.
Recent measles outbreak in a well-to-do local suburb where standard of care
has been wait until age 11 for MMR#2 has been helpful in confirming the
soundness of our practice.
