I agree with Michael - fruit juice is only useful for skinny kids... Applejuices
worthless. Parents are fond of throwing around the "natural fruit sugar" concept
as if it is better than "natural vegetable" sugar (beet sugar) usually found on
the table.
I like to tell parents of chubby kids their child would get better nutrition by
licking a vitamin pill and drinking a glass of water then drinking apple juice!
