This training provides clinical staff with the information needed to create, manage, and send electronic prescriptions. Use your staff resources wisely—have your properly trained checkout desk users post charges and collect/apply copays and other time-of-service payments before the patient leaves your office. Pick from the list of checked-in patients or search for a patient by “magic word” or name. Quickly post diagnoses and procedures, detailed hospital visit information, and payments for today's visit—even print a TOS receipt for your patient. Partner's “dailycheck” report can be used later to reconcile encounter forms against what was posted in the checkout program.
