(NCCI) released procedure-to-procedure edits on all E/M service codes in the
office setting (including all preventive medicine service codes 99381-99395)
with the pediatric immunization administration codes 90460 and 90461.

This is copied from an ACR message, but holds for all physicians. Please call your Congressional representative now and tell them that the SGR cuts scheduled for 1/1/13 must be prevented. If the Medicare payment rates go down by 27% (along with all the rates attached to them), none of us will be able to afford to remain in business.
I presented this as a business (my practice) and health care access (constituents) issue, but it can be spun many other ways.
